Alcohol & Substance Abuse
VCTR specialises in supplying staff who are experienced in working with people who have or have had drug / alcohol and substance abuse issue. All our staff are fully trained and aware of the various challenges that clients and services users face, and will deal with individuals on a case by case basis, tailoring care and support to the client's needs. |

Child Care
VCTR currently provide Nursery Nurses and Nursery Assistants to both local Authority and private establishments. Our significant reputation and continued growth in this area is largely due to the rigorous vetting process which ensures that we supply qualified, approachable and friendly staff. |

VCTR provides specialist support to children’s and family organisations. Due to the sensitive nature of this area of care, only selected staff and advocates are chosen for these positions. Stringent vetting ensures clients' safety, and all our staff working in this environment have full POCA clearance. |
